Custom torch manufacture
Every torch we build comes off the same bench, made by the same welders who've been doing it for years. You tell us the machine, cable length, connector, and cooling type. We quote. We build. We test. You get a torch that works with what you already own — not a generic import that mostly fits.
Air-cooled and water-cooled MIG torches from 150A through to 500A duty. Standard Euro connector or built to match your machine. Cable lengths from 3m through to 8m — longer on request.

Send us the make and model of your welding machine, the cable length you need, the connector type (Euro, Trafimet, Binzel, etc.), and whether you want air-cooled or water-cooled. Not sure? Photograph the current torch and WhatsApp it — we'll work it out.
You get a firm price, a build timeframe, and honest advice if a standard off-the-shelf torch would do the same job for less. We won't sell you a custom build you don't need.
Torch is built on our bench, tested, and either couriered nationally or held for collection. Every custom build carries our workmanship warranty.
Repairs
Machine repairs and torch repairs across all major brands — Miller, Lincoln Electric, Hypertherm, ESAB, Kemppi, Fronius, Migatronic, and the rest. You don't need to book a slot, fill in a form, or drop it off first. WhatsApp a photo of what's wrong, tell us what it's doing (or not doing), and we'll quote before you courier it over.
Why in-house matters
Most South African welding suppliers don't build torches — they import them and sell them. When one breaks, it goes back to the distributor, then to the manufacturer, then sits on a shelf overseas waiting for parts. Weeks pass. Sometimes months.
We built the torch on our own bench, so we've got the parts. We know what fails, because we've fixed it before. And because the bench is ours, we don't have to wait for anyone else to slot us in.
